ABOUT THE PASTOR:

Paul Warf is the Senior Pastor and Founder of New Beginnings Church, formerly known as Word of Life Christian Center. He has served as worship leader, teacher, outreach minister, and began pastoring in 2002 when God called him from AZ back to his hometown of Bangor to start a church. Paul and Kim have been married since 1985, have two grown daughters, and are the proud grandpare

A Prayer for our days...

Lord, as we approach Your throne of grace, we keep in remembrance all that You are. You alone are our Prince of Peace, our Good Shepherd, our Healer, and Savior.

As a piano tuner has a trained ear to hear wrong notes, help us to be rightly tuned to Your voice so we may correct any “off keys” within our soulish realm and stay in tune with You. It is then we can help others do the same.

Your ways are perfect and we delight in them.

Holy, righteous, good, and true; let my heart be one with You.

The Spirit of Truth, the Comforter, the Holy Spirit dwells within our spirit and we draw upon that power to sustain us. We will weather the storms of life as You are with us.

Let us draw near to You for it is there we receive strength for the journey.

We will not receive what is rightly due Your name; but we will be still and bask in Your glorious light.

We pray these things in the name of Your Son, Jesus. Amen.
