Great summer camps for Middle Schoolers & High Schoolers!

Along with the music and theatre programs that we told you about in an email last week, we have some other great opportunities for youth in Grades 6-12. We hope you will visit our website at www.mechuwana.org to see the full list of summer camps, and then talk with youth in your life about which camps they might like to attend.

Night camp is already half full, so if you know someone wanting to go to that camp, we urge you to register them right away! Rally camp is for youth in grades 6-12 and is a great camp for someone in that age group who might be coming to camp for the first time!

Full descriptions of each camp along with costs, dates, etc. can be found on our website by clicking on "Summer Camps" and then clicking on "Summer camp brochure" in the dropdown menu. HOMELESS SHELTER MEAL
The youth group will be cooking and serving supper at the homeless shelter on Sunday, November 4. For those who would like to help cook, we'll start at the church at 3:00. Then at 4:00 we'll carpool to the homeless shelter to be set up and ready to serve at 5:00. YOU WILL NEED A SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP. If you haven't already gotten one, email Pastor Arlene at [email protected] or pick one up on Sunday morning.

CAMP MECHWUANA NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION
For youth in Grades 6-12
Sunday, December 31st at 3:00 p.m. until Monday, January 1st at 12 noon

Mechuwana's annual tradition continues as they ring in 2018 with more than 100 other youth. Come enjoy games, watch movies, eat pizza and ice cream, enjoy a huge campfire, and dance.
