One of the greatest blessings of SCYC is that we're more than a camp—we're a family.
In light of the recent flooding throughout Texas, several members of our camp family are facing unexpected difficulties and challenges.
We will be collecting donations to help meet needs, offer encouragement, and share the love of Christ that binds us together.

One of the greatest blessings of SCYC is that we're more than a camp—we're a family.

In light of the recent flooding throughout Texas, several members of our camp family are facing unexpected difficulties and challenges.

Many of you have reached out asking about SCYC due to the flooding across the Texas Hill Country.

At this time, SCYC is still scheduled to begin on Sunday as planned.

Our prayers continue to be with everyone who has been impacted by the flooding. Please continue praying for the families, first responders, and communities affected.

At this point, our biggest concern is everyone's safe travel to camp. If you are coming to SCYC, please monitor road conditions, plan your route carefully, and avoid any roads or crossings affected by high water. PLEASE NOTE - some routes will NOT be accessible to get to camp. Take your time, be flexible, and never attempt to drive through flooded roadways. Roadway conditions will hopefully only improve as we get closer to arrival times for campers this Sunday.

We will continue to monitor conditions closely and will communicate if anything changes.

Do not hesitate to contact Wes Wilson or Randy Moore if you have any questions or concerns.

We're looking forward to a great week together, but nothing is more important right now than everyone's safety. Please travel wisely, and we'll see you on Sunday!
