A glimpse into this week at Camp Bandina! @ Bandina Christian Youth Camp

Our theme for Bandina this week is FORGED. The Bible talks a lot about God as the creator of all things, including his most beautiful creation; humanity. Humans are referred to as clay in the hands of the potter, the handiwork of God, and even something that God has knitted together. This week of camp will focus on what it means to be forged by the master craftsman. What is God shaping you into? What role does trial and difficulty play into us being shaped and molded by God? Can we let go of our pride and control and allow God to recreate us in His image?

For those of you that may not be aware, Cliff Prater, the Camp Manager at Bandina, died unexpectedly last week. Please keep the Prater family in your prayers.

Clifford L. Prater passed away unexpectedly at Camp Bandina on Wednesday, June 19, 2019. He was 80 years of age. Clifford was born September 25, 1938 in Houston, Texas to Dicey Lorene Sparks Prat
