If we believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior, we can experience the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives. It is the Holy Spirit that gives us the power, strength, boldness, confidence, insight, ability, and authority to be witnesses for Jesus. God has important work for us to do for Him, but we must do it by the power of the Holy Spirit. If we want to be a bolder witness for Jesus, obey God's Word.

Good Morning Church Family .
“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV
This verse means that the strength of the temptations we face will be proportionate to the strength God gives us to resist them. God allows us to experience difficulties that are too much for us to bear so that we lean on God for our strength and not rely on ourselves.

In this life, we walk through a dark forest of evil. But the Bible can be our light to show us the way ahead so we won’t stumble as we walk. We study the Bible so we will be able to see our way clear enough to stay on the right path. To receive God's guidance, we must acknowledge God in everything we do. What is important to us? Where is God on that list? What is His advice? Make God a vital part of everything we do. He will guide us because we will be working to accomplish His purposes.

The attitude of a believer is to resemble the attitude of Christ. Believers are to live humbly after the example of Jesus. Like Christ, we should have a servant's attitude, serving out of love for God and for others. Remember, we can choose our attitude. We can approach, expecting to be served, or we can look for opportunities to serve others. Doing so will please God and result in our eternal benefit. The mind that follows Christ produces a life that obeys Christ.

As believers, we need God to make provisions for us when we have sinned. God answered with four conditions for forgiveness: (1) Humble ourselves by admitting our sins, (2) pray to God, asking for forgiveness, (3) seek God continually, and (4) turn from sinful behavior. True repentance is more than talk--it is changed behavior.

We do not struggle alone, and we are not the first to struggle with the problems we face. Others have run the race and won. So train diligently—your spiritual progress depends upon it.

This verse reflects on our life in Christ, our faith, and our perseverance. Following Jesus in this world involves challenges and struggles. We face daily fights with sin, the flesh, and the devil. There's spiritual warfare against temptation every day. This is a daily fight for faith, a race we’re running. We must keep running the race and fighting the battle, not in our own strength, but in the strength provided by the Lord. "I have fought the good fight" is a reminder that the Christian life is a struggle against evil.

Jesus did not tell us to get ready, but to be ready. Being ready reveals our love for Jesus and our desire to meet Him eternally. We can prepare for Christ's return by always being faithful to Him. People who are ready for the Lord's return are not fearful but ready to witness, not worried, but trusting, not greedy, but generous. May our lives be more like Christ's so that when He comes, we will be ready to greet Him.
