Faith Presbyterian Church Baltimore

Faith Presbyterian Church Baltimore Seeking. Standing. Serving. In the city. We gather for worship @ 10:45 a.m. Sundays

Compelled by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the tradition of reformed theology, and our experiences of God's grace, we boldly and publicly proclaim:

*We gather together to Worship.

*We are committed to a circle that is wide and unbroken, and declare that all who desire to join with us will be welcomed and respected.

*We wrestle with and nurture the tensions that arise from our differences, and w

e celebrate our shared faith.

*We are a learning community.

*We support each other in our struggles to learn and practice what it means to live the Gospel in our individual and collective lives.

*We are open to the moving of the Spirit and open to change in ourselves and in our community.

*We see service to the greater community and to the world as an essential part of the life of the church.

Celebrate new life and the joy of Easter with us this morning, at 10:35 at Faith!

Come if your faith feels as fragile as a 3-day-old chick,
come if you haven't been in a long time.
Come if you are longing for community
or desperate for hope.
Come if you need some good news
and come if you have good news to share
Come if you feel as though the world has gone off the rails
and you want to be part of setting it right again.

Come, and know that you are welcome!

The storm is coming! Stay home, stay safe, and join us on Zoom Sunday morning for the Forum and worship - we will be completely ONLINE this Sunday! The Forum will continue We the People, an exploration of the US constitution, at 9:15 - led by our resident political historian Andy Fuller. In worship at 10:45, we will hear Christ's call to follow him - do we have the courage to follow?

Come, be connected and uplifted for the living of these difficult days. If you need the zoom info, comment below!

Join us Christmas Eve!

Come to hear the story, to sing the songs, to be reminded of the mystery.

Come, even if you haven't come in a long time.
Come to hear good news of great joy for all people!
Come, to experience beloved community.
Come, to be grounded in hope despite, you know, everything.
Come, to be part of the revolution.
Come, to catch a glimpse of God at work.
Come with your hunger, that you might be fed.
Come with your grief, that you might find comfort.
Come with your joy, to share it with others.
Come to give, and come to receive.

Come, that the light of Christ might shine in you and through you this Christmas.

Come, trusting that whoever you are, wherever you come from, whatever your faith or your doubt, whomever you love and whatever your pronouns, whatever your race or ethnicity or income, there is a place for you here.
Come, celebrate Christmas with Faith!
