Some have come, and others have gone, but we are grateful to God that those leaving have mostly done so in a spirit of peace and obedience to where God has desired to take them. Last month, the Very Reverend Overseer Albert Stevens and the Reverend Rossetta Smith-Stevens were accepted into the Emmaus Christian Fellowship in New York City. He was, upon the acceptance and recognition of our credentials given to them as an elder, then appointed as an overseer under their presider, Bishop McCants. Likewise, his wife was elevated in her ministerial standing too.

While they are no longer members of our covenant fellowship under a mutual understanding of God bringing them forth to where we as Revelation, Healing, and Deliverance could only carry them so far, and while they have indeed departed from us in good standing, we praise God for their heart of servitude, and their spirit of evangelism and love of God and others. A very belated congratulations to them, their family, and the ministries that God has given unto their care. Continue to serve God's people with a humble heart, and continue to build.

About our Founder and Bishop Primus

Vincent W. Young, Sr., was born on August 6, 1965 to the Late Wilbert and Ruth Young. He grew up in the Roman Catholic and Holiness-Pentecostal traditions, and was licensed and ordained as a missionary, elder, and appointed as an overseer throughout his ministerial tenure.

Under Apostle Shawn Smith, he was then elevated into the episcopacy. He was also elevated by Elgin Blake, and affirmed an apostle by him. Desiring a sense of interdenominational leadership and accountability due to their diverse denominational background, he was incardinated into Greater Truth Holy International Assemblies and Churches, and re-affirmed as an apostle. He then began independent ministry again.
