You’re Invited to Worship This Sunday!

Family and friends, we want to personally invite you to join us this Sunday, February 22, 2026, for worship and a powerful word from Acts 3:11–16.

The Name That Changes Everything

We’re walking through the moment when a lame beggar was healed at the temple gate, and how Peter used that miracle to preach Jesus with boldness and clarity. We’ll explore:
I. Preaching to the Crowd
II. Preaching Jesus
III. How the Beggar Was Healed

If you need encouragement…
If you need strength…
If you need a reminder that Jesus still heals, still saves, and still transforms…
This message is for you.

Bring your family. Bring a friend. Bring your expectations.
Let’s gather in the presence of the Lord and lift up the name that still changes everything — the name of Jesus.

Join us tomorrow at New Tabernacle Baptist Church for our Sunday Worship Service at 10:45 a.m.

We will be continuing in the Word with a message entitled “Faithful Living and Truthful Teaching” from 2 Timothy 2:14–19 and Titus 2:11–12. These passages remind us of the call to stand firm in truth, live with integrity, and reflect the grace of God in our daily walk.

If you are seeking a place to grow, to be encouraged, and to hear sound biblical teaching, we welcome you to worship with us. Come expecting God to speak and to strengthen your faith.

Stepping Into Tomorrow with Hope

Lamentations 3:22-24

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

This verse declares a spiritual reality, not a motivational slogan. When a person comes to Christ, God does not simply improve them, He transforms them. To be “in Christ” means our identity is no longer rooted in our past failures, habits, or labels. We are placed into a new life, a new standing, and a new relationship with God.

Paul says the old things are passed away. That includes guilt that once defined us, sins that once controlled us, and shame that once followed us. Though memories may remain and growth is ongoing, our old identity no longer has authority over who we are. God has closed the chapter on who we used to be.

“All things are become new” reminds us that salvation affects every area of life. Our hearts are renewed, our desires are redirected, and our purpose is reshaped. God is continually working in us to align our lives with what He has already declared true.

Today, walk in the confidence of who you are in Christ. You are not who you were. You are who God says you are, and He is still making all things new.

As we prepare to close out 2025, we invite you to join us for our last Sunday worship service of the year at New Tabernacle Baptist Church.

The Dangers of Sin, coming from 2 Samuel 24:1–10 will challenge us to examine our hearts, acknowledge the consequences of sin, and seek God’s mercy as we prepare to enter a new year.

Service begins at 10:45 AM at New Tabernacle Baptist Church.
All are welcome. Bring your family, invite a friend, and come worship with us as we end the year in the presence of the Lord.

Good News and New Life

At New Tabernacle Baptist Church, we celebrate the power of the Gospel!

The Gospel is God’s announcement — “Christ died for our sins and rose again.”
Salvation is our response — “I believe that message and receive Christ as my Savior.”

The Gospel tells us what God has done for us.
Salvation is what happens when we believe and receive it.

Let’s live each day with gratitude and faith, walking in the new life we have through Jesus Christ!

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Veterans 🇺🇸

Today, we at New Tabernacle Baptist Church pause to honor and thank all the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedoms reflect the greatest example of service and love for others.

John 15:13 reminds us, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

We are grateful for each veteran in our church family and community. May God bless you and your families for the sacrifices you’ve made and continue to make.

Happy Veterans Day!
