The building is clean and simple and the services are reverently conducted and tranquil. One congregation meets

at the building, which is called the Brooklyn Park Branch. Services are held on Sundays and involve singing hymns, listening to talks presented by church members and church leadership, and study groups. Families are welcome and share the first hour, Sunday School is held the second hour, and Priesthood and Relief Society meetings are held the third hour. Children's groups, namely Primary and Nursery, are held during the second and third hours as well. Persons from the Brooklyn Park area are encouraged to attend the Brooklyn Park Branch meeting, which is from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This building also holds other meetings during the week, with weekly Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, weekly Young Women's meetings, and a variety of other activities. Want to help shape the future?

Thousands of Christian teens passionate about improving their communication skills compete every year in National Christian Communications and Forensics Association (NCFCA.org) tournaments across the country. After a long absence from our state, a tournament is scheduled right in your neighborhood! It will be held March 24-26th at Rockbridge Academy, 680 Evergreen Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032. Students from Maryland and several surrounding states have registered to compete.

Where do you come in? They need an audience! A total of about 250 people spread across different time slots throughout the three-day tournament. We need you!

Please consider spending a couple of hours with these amazing youth and let them know their efforts to improve social dialog are valued.

Temple Open House, April 28-June 4, 2022, is free for all, however, parking and metro shuttle tickets are required in order to access the parking lot or ride the shuttle from the metro station.
