Way to represent Mt. Olive AME Zion Church!

The Acolytes of Mount Olive AME Zion Church were a beautiful sight to see. As they performed their liturgical duties on Communion Sunday, May 4, 2026.

These young acolytes assisted clergy during worship services by lighting candles at the altar, carrying the processional cross, and extinguishing the candles at the end of service. The symbolism shows that they are ushering in the Light of Christ and Word of God.
