It has recently come to our attention that a social media profile bearing the name and likeness of an individual identified as Judy Stroyer has listed Beth-El Temple Church of Christ as a place of employment. This same profile has been associated with racially offensive and hateful commentary directed toward Black Americans.

We want to be absolutely clear: No individual by that name works for this ministry, or has ever been employed by or served on staff at Beth-El Temple Church of Christ in any capacity.

We are unable to verify the authenticity of this profile or confirm who may be operating it. It is possible that this account is fraudulent, that someone is using another person's identity, or that the profile does not accurately represent the individual whose name and image appear on it. We strongly encourage anyone who has encountered this content to report it directly to Facebook for investigation.

Beth-El Temple Church of Christ is a ministry grounded in the love of God and the dignity of all people. We categorically reject racism, bigotry, and hateful speech in any form. The values reflected in the content associated with this profile are wholly inconsistent with the teachings and mission of this church.
