Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
The Trustee Board of The St. Paul Church of God in Christ Jesus, Inc. respectfully announces a pastoral transition within our assembly.
Following the passing of our beloved Pastor, Josephine Diggs, on October 27, 2025, the congregation convened a duly called business meeting on Sunday, December 7, 2025. During that meeting, the congregation unanimously selected Vanessa J. Diggs to serve as Pastor of The St. Paul Church of God in Christ Jesus, Inc. The Trustee Board affirms the congregation’s action and asks for your continued prayers and support as the church moves forward during this season of transition. Transition is not a sign of abandonment, but of divine continuity. While leadership changes, God remains the same.
As St. Paul moves through this season together, please pray that we prayerfully seek the balance God calls us to maintain—honoring what we have preserved, remaining open to growth, valuing tradition while discerning new possibilities, and remembering our history even as God shapes our future.
