You know what was probably a harsher pain for Saria, was not labor but the pain of waiting. When the Lord seems to neglect you. When it seems like "it" will never happen for you....

Until it does! There is power in the wait. There is power in the Development. There is power in Jesus's Plan for your life. Life is but a v***r. But seems stretched out when you as a finite being have a promise to be used, awarded, freed, etc in the v***r of a life.

At the pain of being barren Sarah was past the frustration, and the pain of being emotional and scrappy. She is deep into a "whatever" phase. But God visits her to be told "BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR YOU WILL HAVE A SON."

Hold on, because that last stretch of pain, will be the pain of Victory. It will be the pain that leads to rest. The pain of transformation. The pain that leads you to remember that you have a father that remembers you.
