s with many people is they want to lead without learning how to follow. Learning how to follow a leader is crucial. If you learn to follow correctly, when it’s time for you to lead it will prevent you from making the same mistakes of the person you follow/followed. Simply put, if you’re not in charge stop trying to take charge and everyone will benefit, but if you keep getting in the way you might lose the position you have. Mutiny is not an option, its spiritual witch craft.
