Happy Memorial Day! 🇺🇸

Our cookout turned out to be a blast. We played Mario Kart, caught up on life, enjoyed delicious food, and even played volleyball! A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, helped with cooking, and cleaned up afterward.

Each year we celebrate Memorial Day it's a treat so we can’t wait to do this again. Thank you to all our military service members for providing us the opportunity to celebrate life filled with freedom! 🙏🏼

Our training is changing lives.

On Saturday, we met Keisha, a young woman who didn’t know what else to do. She couldn’t afford to have a child, wasn’t getting enough prenatal vitamins, and believed she had no other options. We respectfully approached her and told her she was not alone and that she could bring her child into this world with the support she needs.

By God’s grace, she changed her mind about ending the life of her child, turned around, and was directed to the Women’s Care Center across the street. Her baby is just 7 months old and if she had decided to move forward with her previous decision the abortion clinic would have obliged.

We can’t say enough how vital it is to be a part of the Sidewalk Advocates movement. You have no idea just how many women are being convinced that termination is the only option for them. We’re here to show them hope. God is working on our behalf, despite the opposition. Actually, we’ve received more encouragement while out on the sidewalk than you’d think!

Please continue to pray we remain strong, determined, and consistent with these efforts. Your prayers make a difference.

5/17/26 Sunday Morning Service "The Spirit Of A Rebel" (Judges 14:1-20)

You’re going to want to hear this

Yesterday, our dear brother, Gus, was baptized. It was a busy and fulfilling Mother’s Day service, with 92 people in attendance, and one young woman accepting Christ as her Savior. We could not have asked for a more blessed morning!

If you weren’t able to tune in to our service online, we’d like to share Gus’s public testimony with you. He has been through tremendous physical suffering and yet keeps himself focused on Christ.

You’ll be encouraged by what he has to say 🙏🏼.

Thank you Jesus, for continuing to grow and protect your church. We cannot do anything without You and we give all the glory and praise to your name.

Be filled with the Spirit.

Pastor Morales recently used an object illustration in church to convey this point. He took the small cup from his podium and showed us how much it held. It was about 1/4 full. He then poured water from a plastic water bottle into the cup. Water began to overflow and spill out.

What is the truth behind this? That we can’t be used by God and be filled with our own selfish desires (and sin.) If we ask God to flow through us and work in us, we must empty ourselves.

Only then will we feel His spirit in every aspect of our lives. What we do, how we feel, what we believe, and how successful we are are equivalent to how much of ourselves we are emptying. Take this principle with you. Be blessed, bless others, and watch God work in your life.

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Hebrews 10:23

Yesterday, we voted to welcome two precious souls into our church. Jake has been attending for a while now, while Ms. Virginia started attending very recently. The church membership journey is different for everyone and we’re thankful to see anyone step forward and make that important decision.

But even before our worship service began, God was moving in someone else’s heart as well. A young boy named Antonio went up to a faithful member, Mr. Rewis, and said, “I need to get saved.” They went over to the pew in our auditorium and Antonio trusted Christ as his Savior!

We continue to glorify Jesus for all the miracles, provisions, and increase He has blessed us with. Let this remind you that prayer works and it matters!!

Walk with a heart filled with faith, a spirit of thankfulness, and be blessed. God is faithful and true! Say amen if you agree!
