Our Church

The word of God continues to be at the center of all that happens at the Baltic/East Nidaros Parish. Baltic Lutheran and East Nidaros Lutheran Churches are connected by the cross of Jesus Christ. With this as our focus, we will trust in where the Holy Spirit leads and we will simply respond in service to our neighbor as we are led to do.

The need for proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ is certainly as important today as it was when our parish began. I am pleased to serve as the pastor of this parish which is willing to seek new ways of proclaiming this good news while maintaining the traditions of the Lutheran heritage. One of the main strengths of this parish is the worship service. It is here that people from all ages gather together to hear God’s word through children’s messages, vacation bible school, sermons, Sunday School, first communion classes, confirmation programs, youth activities, adult bible studies, women’s groups, and a variety of music.

We encourage you to become a part of this vibrant parish. These two churches provide beautiful settings for worship and fellowship. As Baltic and the surrounding area continue to grow, so will the programs available at these churches.
