Help Needed...REBUILD, SUMMER CAMPS, AND BEYOND!!!
Joyful Progress and Needs:
There is excitement at Living Waters during the final Flood Rebuild Project with work groups putting on new roofs, laying tile and carpet, installing heaters, reconstructing Rachel's House, and painting so that we may continue to be God's place of safety and refuge and also host summer youth camps! Good morning, Living Waters family. We pray that everyone is doing well. I wanted to share a word for you this morning that I heard. "Armor of God" Armor means a quality or circumstance that affords protection, it also means defensive covering for the body. In Ephesians chapter 6 verse 10 and following it talks about the armor of God, and put on the armor of God.
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil."
Do you or someone you know need to stand firm and put on "His" protection and defense against the schemes of the devil in your circumstances or situations. Today as you pray on the armor of God and read Ephesians chapter 6 verse 10 and following, know you are thought of and prayed over today. Let us know if you have any prayer requests that we can be standing along side of you today and help standing with you strong in the Lord. Blessings,

Good morning, everyone. Our power has just been restored for a second time. We wanted to update everyone. Last night BJ checked several times throughout the night on the water levels and made sure no debris was blocking the bridge, which has been the issue in the past with flooding Last night, the water crested to the top of the bank but did not go in any of the buildings. You can see from the pictures, the debris on the bank is how far the water came up. We are rejoicing that the water is down and has not done further damage to any of our buildings. We still have much that needs to be rebuilt from the flood in August, but the Lord is faithful. We will begin working on getting things cleaned up for camps. Thank you so much for all of your prayers, love, and support during this time.

We just have had power restored and wanted to get you an update. The water has receded, but is still raging. It is currently raining and is forecasted to rain until 5am. We have an Excavator on standby should the bridge begin to have debris build up as it did earlier. BJ will be continuing to check on the water levels through the night. We will keep you posted. We are still under flash flood warning and are asking for your continued prayers. Thank you for all of your prayers, love, and support.

"I just participated in a zoom call with TIMM leaders to determine whether to proceed with summer camps. Our challenge is an unfinished, flood-damaged kitchen with the accompanying rebuilding expenses as we head into summer camps which typically cost $50,000 to $60,000. In spite of the challenges, we sense the Lord leading us to host camps in faith, trusting our good, good Father to meet the needs of His young army."

Brinson Terrell “Terre” Murphy, age 77, has gone to be with our Lord and Savior on February 26, 2022, surrounded by family in his home.
Terre was born January 5, 1945, in Valdosta, Georgia to ­­­­­James Elton and Virginia Terrell Murphy. He married Vesta “Pearl” Lowe on July 24, 1964. They celebrated 56 years of love and marriage this previous year.
Terre worked for UPS for 30 years until retirement, when he and Pearl moved to Living Waters, home of There is More Ministries, in Balsam Grove, NC, to serve in ministry together for 17 years.
He is survived by his wife, Pearl; his children Melisa (Darrell) Brinkley and Wanda (David) Hoffs; his grandchildren Lindsay Ratcliffe, Teri Brinkley, Caleb (Melinda) Brinkley, Zach (Grace) Brinkley, Hayley Hoffs, and Gabby Hoffs; his great-grandchildren, Tristan Brinkley, Charleigh and Reagan Ratcliffe; and siblings Van (Julie) Murphy, Jamie Murphy, Lee (Cheryl) Murphy, Wayne Murphy, and Gina Hall. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bobby Murphy, grandson, Brandon Brinkley and nephew, Sterling Murphy.
A celebration of life will be held at 1pm, Monday, February 28, 2022, at Faith Christian Center in Cairo, GA. The family will receive friends in visitation immediately following the service.
