I still can't get over the fact that after Peter denied Jesus three times, after he wasn’t at the cross, after he went back to his old life….When Jesus rose, He cooked Peter breakfast.

Grateful to be part of a church where the gospel moves us to action!

Back in July, we had an opportunity to purchase a house adjoining our church property. Our church came together, put the resources we had to work, and bought it!

Now, a few months later, we’re dreaming about what this little house could become: a counseling cottage, a place our youth can call home, a safe, welcoming space where kids can work on homework after school with caring adults beside them, a meeting place for recovery groups, and so much more.

There are still lots of projects to tackle, but we’re grateful for the opportunity to open another door to serve our community.

Would you join us in praying that Jesus name would be made famous through this house? That everyone who walks through its doors would experience His love through the people who welcome them?

If you’re looking for a place to worship and a place to serve, we’d love to have you at 7th street!

Following Jesus changes everything!

It looks like we might have a rainy Wednesday night—thank You, Jesus!

Check-in will be on the front porch this week so we can stay out of the rain.

We can’t wait to see all our kids and youth tonight!

“We have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God…”

That feels like a period. The end of the story. The final word on who we are.

But God put a comma there.

“…and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 3:23–24

Your sin is real. Your shame may feel heavy. But neither gets the final word. Jesus does!

Stop putting a period where God put a comma. God is still writing your story!

God is always seeking you.
Every sunrise.
Every clear blue sky.
Each west Texas thunderhead.
The starry hosts of night.
He blankets each new day with the invitation,
“ I am here, and I love you”

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” 1 John 3:1
