How does Jesus Christ become your Savior? You submit to Jesus as your King, and you become one of His people. Then He is your Savior because He came to save His people from their sins. You cannot claim Him as Savior if you have not submitted to Him as Lord.

This is God's world. And He has cursed it because of our sin. If you are still clinging to the things of this fallen world at Judgement Day, then you will perish along with it. Your only hope for salvation is to let this world go and cling to Jesus Christ.
