Action family...

Come ready to worship this Sunday.

I got a sneak peek at the set list and all I can say is WOW.

There are some Sundays where you show up and sing a few songs.

Then there are Sundays where the songs preach before the sermon ever starts.

This feels like one of those Sundays.

So don't stroll in late.
Don't come distracted.
Don't come carrying the weight of the week and expecting to leave with it.

Come expecting God to move.
Come ready to sing.
Come ready to worship.
Come ready to encounter Jesus.

Sunday.

Let's fill that old gym with the sound of people grateful for what God has done and excited about what He's about to do.

Not your normal church post…

…but this Saturday, Guardians of the Jukebox are taking over Downtown Ball Ground and honestly, they are a huge part of the Action story.

What a lot of people don’t know is Rich Ward, aka The Duke has called Action Church home for close to a decade now.

Even crazier…

Guardians played their very first show EVER in our old church building years ago. Before the packed crowds. Before the massive following. Before all of this became what it is now.

Now here we are…
A new season.
A new city.
A new chapter.

…and they’re playing right here in downtown Ball Ground!

So Action family, come hang out Saturday night. Wear your Action swag. Fill downtown with our people. Love on the city. Support local. Have fun.

I love seeing our church out in the community instead of hidden behind four walls.

Let’s dance the night away this Saturday.

Saved people serve people.

One of the things we love most about Action Church is that this place is built by ordinary people who simply decided to jump in and make a difference.

Nobody at Action just sits on the sidelines forever.

If this church has impacted your life, maybe it’s time to take the next step and get plugged into serving.

Right now we have openings on:
• Set-Up Team
• Tear-Down Team
• Kids Check-In & Check-Out
• Action Kids Team

And before you panic 😂 most of these positions only serve once a month.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to know everything.
You just have to be willing.

Serving is one of the fastest ways to build relationships, grow spiritually, and help create the atmosphere that makes Action feel like home for so many people every Sunday.

This Sunday we are wrapping up our “The Jesus I Know Now” series.

And honestly, we can think of no better way to end this series than to just go old school and brag on Jesus.

At times this historic gym already feels like an old camp meeting anyway, so this Sunday we’re just leaning all the way into it.

No deep sermon.
No pulling on the heart strings.

Just celebrating the goodness, grace, power, and faithfulness of Jesus.

Come ready to celebrate.
Come ready to worship.
Come ready to be reminded how good God has been.

After everything life throws at us, one thing remains true:
Jesus is still the answer.

There will not be a live stream today. We are rebuilding our entire video system and waiting on the parts to arrive to do that.

The good news is, we are able to record the message and will post a video after the service.
