🌧️ WEATHER UPDATE 🌧️
Due to inclement weather, our “Bye School, Hello Pool Party” has been POSTPONED until July 22nd. While we are disappointed we won’t be swimming together this week, we are excited to still gather for a fun night together!
🎲 GIANT GAME NIGHT 🎲
Instead of the pool party, we’ll be swapping things out for a GIANT GAME NIGHT.
Tuesday, May 20
6–8 PM
Bring your friends, wear comfy clothes, and come ready for an awesome night together! We can’t wait to celebrate the start of summer with all of our FBC Kids families.

We are so excited to celebrate an amazing school year together with FBC Kids Pool Party!
Join us for an evening full of fun, fellowship, swimming, and celebration as we kick off summer together!

Pool Party Details:
Location: Critter Brook Farms Pavilion – Baldwyn
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Church Van Riders:
If your child will be riding the church van, they will need to arrive on campus by 5:30 PM.
The bus will return to campus at approximately 8:15.

Important Swimming Information:
If your child is not a proficient swimmer, please plan to attend with them. Parents, we would absolutely love for you to come and be a part of this celebration with us!

What to Bring:
• Swimsuit
• Towel

Each child must have a signed parent waiver in order to participate.

We are so thankful for each of your children and cannot wait to celebrate all the Lord has done this year in FBC Kids!

This past month First Baptist Church of Baldwyn Children’s Church, has been learning the story of Joseph from the book of Genesis.
We’ve learned how God was at work in every part of his life. From the pit to the palace, our kids have learned that God has a plan, is always with us, and we can trust Him no matter what.

📖 Memory Verse for the Month:
You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.”
Genesis 50:20

We’ve been working hard to hide this truth in our hearts, and it has been so sweet to hear our kids learning and growing in God’s Word!

Take a few moments this week to:
• Practice the memory verse together
• Ask your child to share Joseph’s story with you
• Talk about how God was with Joseph—even in the hard times
• We can forgive just like Joseph forgave his brothers and Jesus forgives us, we too can forgive others!

These conversations at home are so important and help plant seeds of truth that will grow in your child’s life!

And don’t forget—kids who can recite their verse to will get to pick from prize from the FBC Kids treasure chest.

We are so proud of your kiddos and thankful to partner with you in pointing them to Jesus!
