First Presbyterian Church of Baldwinsville OUR VISION STATEMENT:

We commit to be a church that fosters spiritual growth and biblical knowledge to fulfill God’s calling to be disciples of Christ.

We will transform into a mission focused congregation. We are persons of all ages and from many different religious backgrounds who worship, work, relax, learn and play together. We try to understand one another and then help each other discover and develop the kind of involvement in church which enables us all to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. We aim to spark creativity, nurture spirituality and commitment to God's purposes, and enhance understanding among people. Our hope is that participants in this congregation will embrace a challenging vision of what we can accomplish together, share responsibility and authority, and join to follow through on what needs to be done. We believe that worship should be a lively invitation to participation and praise, that sharing in others' lives is a tremendous privilege, and that too many people today underestimate the potential of congregations.
