It Matters
Timing Is Everything

As the year 2026 approaches its end, with only 79 days left, it’s easy to feel like time has slipped away unnoticed. But have we ever paused to reflect on how we’ve spent it? Time is a precious resource, and once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. We can’t simply pick up where we left off.

Therefore, let’s make a conscious effort to be more mindful of our time. We all know that we spend a significant amount of time on our phones, watching TV, and chatting with friends. But are we truly making the most of that time? Are we engaging in activities that truly matter?

We must be intentional about our actions. We must be positive and proactive. We must be doing things that will have a positive impact on our lives and the lives of others. We must be doing things that will lead to tangible results.

Recreation, rest, relationships, and results are all important aspects of our lives. However, we must ensure that they are interconnected. We must avoid going through the motions; we must actively engage in activities that truly matter.

Life is moving swiftly, and time is passing at an ever-increasing pace, just as it has always done. But we shouldn’t let that discourage us. We shouldn’t let it make us feel like time is not stopping for us. It’s my responsibility and yours to value the time we have.

So, let’s seize the opportunity to make the most of our time. Let’s be intentional about our actions. Let’s be positive and proactive. Let’s engage in activities that truly matter. Let’s move forward with purpose and know that Time and Timing are of utmost importance!

It Matters
Not Everything is the Enemy

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”

Often, when we encounter adversity, we tend to blame it on the enemy. However, I propose a different perspective: perhaps the Lord has permitted these situations to teach us valuable lessons about endurance and character development. The Lord often uses unexpected individuals, such as those who betray, abuse, or even engage in conflict, to impart these lessons. As James advises, we should approach these challenging moments with joy and patience, perseverance allowing them to refine and mature us. When faced with a harsh awakening or an unexpected battle, take a moment to reflect on whether this situation is meant to enhance your growth and what you can learn from it. By doing so, you can emerge stronger and better equipped to move forward. Nothing the Lord permits doesn’t matter and although it doesn’t feel good it still matters. ❤️
