Vital, rural, family-style congregation with strong lay leadership in eastern Kansas. We centrally located between Topeka and Kansas City and only 20 Minutes from Lawrence. We have three Sunday School Classes Young Youth, Older Youth and our Adult Class.

Last night was a Beautiful Christmas Eve Service led by our fantastic children's Sunday School Class. Followed by a message from Pastor Paul and concluding with our traditional passing of the flame and singing Silent Night in a circle around the Sanctuary!

Join us tomorrow morning at 6:45 on the west side of Lone Star Lake near the dam as we join Worden Cornerstone, Lone Star and Clinton for our annual Sunrise service.

If you can't make that join us for Sunday school at 10 and Worship to follow at 11 at St. Johns!

Hello St. John's Family,
Due to the forecasted temperatures and potential for degrading road conditions overnight. We will not be holding services tomorrow Sunday, January 14, 2024.

As of this moment the Council is still planning to hold their meeting on Tuesday 1/16/2024 at 7 pm in the church. You have business to bring to our attention feel free to reply to this email or call one of the council members.

Last Sunday we were blessed to have Max Mendoza speak to us about his mission with Heartland 180 and his life experiences!
Services were followed by a potluck in the basement and continued conversation with Max.
