Cambodian Church Of Christ Our mission is to help people Discover Hope in Jesus Christ, and lead them toward Spiritual Maturity Omer Dements to establish the Cambodian Church of Christ.

In February 1981, the little 80-member Highland Park Church of Christ began a ministry to assist Cambodian refugees under the direction of pastor Pat Brooks. Pat Brooks and his wife, Kathleen, assist refugees by offer friendship, food, clothing, transportation, job search, and teaching the English language. This ministry was moved to Peak and Eastside Church of Christ in East Dallas in 1985 and to

Lake Highlands Church of Christ in 1987. In 1989, with the assistance from Lake Highlands Church of Christ, the property at Lake June Road was acquired from East Lake June Church of Christ through Mr.
