🌿 VBS Day 1 was resplendent! 🦜

We kicked off Rainforest Falls VBS with singing, learning, games, and so much fun!

Today we met Tango, a resplendent quetzal, who helped us see God’s creation from a bird’s-eye view. From the beauty of the rainforest to the wonder of every creature, we were reminded that God made the heavens, the earth, and everything in it with purpose and care.

Even more amazing, we learned that God made us in His image and likeness. He created us to enjoy His world, care for it, create within it, and live in relationship with Him.

What a beautiful reminder that creation points us back to the Creator.

We can’t wait for Day 2 as we keep exploring the nature of God at Rainforest Falls! 🌧️🌿

Most of us, carry conversations we’ve avoided and let relationships drift into silence over trying to win arguments! This past Sunday we explored what Jesus teaches in Matthew 18 about conflict, reconciliation, and restoration!
