This is my GOD, whose loving arms we lay on when our hearts and bodies grow exceedingly weary of the pains of this fallen world.

Tears may be for a night, but inexplicable and glorious joy will come in the morning.

Our hope is You, and only You, our LORD.

Isn’t it wonderful that at the end of every year, especially this most difficult one, 2020, our eyes refocus on:

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11

For through CHRIST, we have hope and comfort in grief and loss, we have peace in uncertainty, we have joy in difficulty.

Therefore, Let’s celebrate our Savior together tomorrow!

“I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever.”

In these times of grief and affliction, when we praise GOD with all our hearts, everything becomes peaceful and still.

There’s no greater comfort than seeing our Heavenly Father and be assured of HIS insistent, faithful love.

Today, we remember the life of our dear Kevin Strope-Morgan. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family he has left behind.

Our hope lies in the Living Word of GOD.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

To magnify means to make great. However, we cannot make GOD any greater than HE already is.

But when we ascribe to HIM thanksgiving, praises and honor that HE deserves, we come to recognize that we are unworthy of these favors, mercies, and answer to to prayers - HIS grace. Then HE becomes magnified in our lives.

Will you magnify GOD with us tomorrow?

DAY 12 GRATITUDE CHALLENGE

In today's Scripture, written by Paul to the church in Colossae, reminds us that we need to live filled with GOD's Word each day.
GOD's Words teach us how to live wisely and pleasing to the LORD, as well as "admonish" or correct us and others.

In other translations, the last part of the verse is translated as "...singing with thankfulness in your heart to the LORD." Paul encourages the believers to sing to GOD in gratitude. This shifts our focus on Him, rather than on ourselves & our wants.

What song are you singing today?

Try looking for spiritual songs today. If your heart is glad, all the more you need to praise! If you are going through the toughest battle or trial in your life, there are beautiful spiritual melodies that express heartache and pain - and if youll listen closely, the good ones, always, always focuses back on GOD in gratitude and praise.
