“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” 3 John 2

Lord, please bless me with good health. Let me be responsible about getting the right amount of rest each night. Help me make wise dietary choices. I don’t want to ingest anything that would hinder me from being effective for the Lord. I want to honor You in my temple and how I treat myself. In Jesus’ precious name I pray, Amen.

Oh Lord how majestic is Your name in all the earth. There are times when things turn out in ways that I think are not right, or just plain wrong. Yet in Your infinite power You are able to turn them around for the good, when it relates to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. What a wonderful “Assurance Policy” we Christians have from You as Your children. Thank You for loving Me that Much! In Jesus’ precious name I pray, Amen.

This past Sunday was another wonderful day filled with Blessings upon Blessings. One of our new members class participants Sister Amy Green rededicated her life to Christ ans decided to.join our family. She comes with christine experience and we are glad to have her.

We also had another acknowledgement from Pastor Mercedes Tudy-Hamilton, as she recognized a long term member for his unmeasurable commitment and dedication to Cain Memorial African Methodist Episcopal Church.. Congratulations Brother Ricky Nichols, job well done.

Also our our annual flu vaccination clinic was held, courtesty of Kaiser Permanente amd our health committee. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to a healthy community. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

God, I understand that the purpose of this season is not just to transition me into the next season. Regardless of what is coming or what I’m aiming at, you have a purpose for today. You have lessons you want to teach me and blessings you want to give me now. Please help me grow in contentment and appreciate what you have already done in my life, especially when it is difficult to see what you are doing in the present moment. In Jesus’ precious name I pray, Amen.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5

You take great joy in seeing Your power displayed in me. You have given me the ability to achieve far more than I could ever do in my own strength. That is why I must rely upon You! When I feel myself losing a fight, that is when I must draw closer to You. Apart from You I grow weak. You are the one who refuels me when I am running on empty. You are my comfort when I need a break from combat. You are my peace when it gets hard to persevere. I will not depend on my own strength, but on your power. In Jesus’ precious name I pray, Amen.
