This week, we are excited to highlight Katie for our Volunteer Spotlight! Katie has been serving in Kids Ministry for about four years, and she currently serves in the 1st grade 9:30 class. She loves working with kids at this age because they’re curious, eager to learn, and full of fun!

For anyone nervous about getting involved, here is Katie’s encouragement: “Pray and seek God’s guidance and be willing to step out of your comfort zone and try it, as you may see you have a new liking or passion for it.”

Serving in Kids Ministry has opened doors for Katie to serve in new ways, meet new people and families, and grow more connected to her church family!
