Our High School Mission Team is heading to El Salvador today! 🇸🇻

Led by Co-Senior Pastor Brian Busby and our new High School Ministry Director, Ethan Gover, these 19 students and leaders will spend the week sharing the hope of the gospel through personal evangelism alongside our ministry partner, Vida Nueva San Salvador.

Please join us in praying for safe travels, unity, and boldness as they proclaim Christ. Pray also for hearts to be receptive to the gospel and for God to do a mighty work both in the lives of our team and in the lives of those they will encounter this week!

We are excited to highlight Allison for this week’s Volunteer Spotlight!

Allison serves with the babies on Sunday mornings at the Olive Drive Campus and with Cubbies in Awana. She has been serving in Awana for 5 years and with the babies for the past couple of years.

For Allison, serving is an important part of being involved in the church, especially when it comes to teaching and caring for children. Her encouragement to anyone who feels nervous about volunteering is to find someone to serve alongside — a spouse or friend can make taking that first step much easier!

Her advice? “Jump! It’s so rewarding to give your time and be a part of furthering God’s kingdom.”

Through serving, Allison shares that she feels more connected to the church and grateful to play a role in the body of Christ.

Miranda and Madison share their testimony of God’s faithfulness through some difficult seasons. Through struggles and moments of uncertainty, they experienced God’s grace in a deeper way and found their faith strengthened. Their testimony is a reminder that even in the hardest circumstances, God is at work, drawing us closer to Him and using every season for His glory!
