Parent Night is a chance to step into your student’s world at Discovery Youth — worship together, have some fun, meet their leaders, and hear more about what’s happening in this next season of Youth.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO CARRY THIS ALONE. 🤍

There’s hope!

What happened has affected our entire community - and we know many students are carrying emotions that are hard to put into words.

Fear. Anger. Sadness. Confusion. Questions.
Or maybe you don’t even know what you’re feeling yet.

Whatever you’re feeling, there is a place for you here.

This week at Discovery Youth, we’re creating a safe space for students to come together, be with friends, worship, pray, talk, and simply breathe.

We will also have licensed therapists and trusted leaders available for students who would like additional support or someone safe to talk with.

You don’t have to have the right words.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay.
And you don’t have to walk through this alone.

Come as you are. Bring your friends. We’re here for you.

BETTER TOGETHER. 🤍

This Wednesday, we’re coming together as students to worship, pray, and be the light. ♥️

There’s power in coming together, choosing hope, and reminding each other that we don’t have to walk through hard moments alone. We’re believing for healing, peace, and hope as we lift up our schools, our families, and our community in prayer.

👕 Rep your school sports jersey as we worship and pray.

And Bring a friend who needs to be there.

Tonight, we are praying for the families, students, teachers, staff, and first responders impacted by the shooting at Independence High School. ♥️

We know many from our Discovery family attend Independence, and we are praying for those who were directly impacted and for every student and family processing what happened.

To our Independence families: we see you, we love you, and we are praying for you. 🤍

We are partnering with our Counseling Center to make support and care available this Wednesday for any students who may need it. If your student needs a safe place to process, receive support, or simply be around people who care, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team or bring them Wednesday. We want every student to know they are not alone.

Please join us in praying for peace, comfort, protection, wisdom, and healing over our entire community.
