Love Thy Neighbor - Stanly

08/06/2026

Dear Stanfield Elementary School Educators,

As students prepare to return to school, we at Love Thy Neighbor – Stanly are here to wish you a year filled with hope, inspiration and success. We pray for safety and strength for you and the many lives you will touch in the months ahead.

We know teaching is far more than a profession—it’s a calling. Every day, you invest your time, energy, patience and whole heart into helping students learn, grow and believe in themselves.

To show our appreciation, Love Thy Neighbor – Stanly has put together a bag of classroom essentials for you. We hope these supplies make your day just a little easier and serve as a reminder that your community sees you, appreciates you and is cheering you on.

Our mission has always been simple: Show more grace and less judgment. We see that spirit reflected in the way you encourage students, celebrate their successes and walk alongside them through life’s challenges. Thank you for the compassion, dedication and kindness you bring to your classroom each day.

As you begin this new school year, may you find joy in the little victories, strength for the difficult moments and encouragement in knowing the work you do truly matters. Thank you for investing in the children of our community and for helping shape the next generation.

We are grateful for you and we are praying for you. We wish you an incredible school year!

With heartfelt appreciation,
The Love Thy Neighbor – Stanly Team

Good evening, neighbors. We are asking for prayers for one of our team members this evening. One of our own will be having a procedure in the morning and we ask that you hold her, the doctors and staff, and her family close in thought and prayer throughout the day tomorrow. ❤️

We absolutely love our young folks representing Love Thy Neighbor!

Isaiah 11:6 NIV

“The wolf will live with the lamb,
the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the calf and the lion and the yearling together;
and a little child will lead them.”

What a joyful Christmas celebration with our friends at Matthew’s Place! 🎄❤️ Love Thy Neighbor was blessed to share good food, lots of laughter, and the magic of Santa stopping by to spread smiles and cheer. We are so thankful for the many blessings of this season—especially the blessing of community, friendship, and time spent together. Merry Christmas!

Update: This load has been claimed. I will post again if more becomes available.

Hey neighbors! It’s going to be very cold tonight, and a generous friend has a truckload of seasoned cut firewood at no cost for anyone who could use it. Will deliver today within 10 miles of Badin. Please message us if you or someone you know needs firewood.n ii
