The great controversy narrative forms the bedrock of the Biblical story that chronicles the battle between good and evil, starting before this world began. In more recent times, this struggle has played out in human affairs. The book The Great Controversy begins in the 1st century AD with the destruction of Jerusalem and takes you on a journey through the early church and the Reformation to the birth of the United States and then following through to an explanation of the closing events of this earth prior to the return of Jesus. Through this book and series we can look back to the past and forward to the future, whilst also understanding where we are prophetically in today’s world.
