Good Morning! We're so glad you could join us this morning. Today is Sunday September 6th. This is the link to our Contemporary service at 11:00AM this morning.

We spend a lot of our lives measuring ourselves against others. This week Jesus’ disciples ask Him, “Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?” (Matthew 18:1).

Jesus answers by placing a child in their midst. In Jesus’ day, children had little status or influence. Yet Jesus says, “Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.” It is about humility. And Jesus doesn’t simply teach humility—He lives it. The Son of God humbled Himself to serve sinners, ultimately giving His life for us on the cross. Because our life and worth are secure in Him, we no longer need to keep score. Instead, we are free to notice, welcome, love, and serve others—especially those the world might overlook.

Please consider joining us in person next Sunday. Our traditional service is at 9:00AM and our contemporary service is at 11AM. We are located at 1313 SE Parkway in Azle TX. If you are unable to attend in person, we are thrilled that you can join us in viewing this service.

Good Morning! We're so glad you could join us this morning. Today is Sunday August 30th. This is the link to our Contemporary service at 11:00AM this morning.

When Peter declared “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God”, he discovered that getting the right answer doesn’t necessarily mean understanding what it means. Jesus began to explain that He must go to Jerusalem, suffer, die, and rise again. Peter objected. That wasn’t how God’s Kingdom was supposed to come!

Then Jesus said something even more challenging: “If anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me.”

In this week’s message, we’ll consider the strange and wonderful truth that the reign of Christ is cruciform. Jesus ushers in His reign through a cross, and gives new life to those who follow Him.

Good Morning! We're so glad you could join us this morning. Today is Sunday August 23rd. This is the link to our Traditional service at 9:00AM this morning.

This weekend, Jesus asks His disciples one of the most important questions in all of Scripture: “Who do you say that I am?” Peter responds, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” But then something wonderful happens. After Peter identifies Jesus, Jesus identifies Peter. And He does the same for us.

Your failures, your accomplishments, your past, or even your sin won't define who you are.. Jesus does.

When God Seems To Say No.

Have you ever prayed and wondered if God was listening? Maybe you prayed for healing, for a relationship to be restored, for a child to return to the faith, or for a situation that desperately needed to change. You prayed and nothing happened.

Listen to this message from Pastor Stephen Sandfort as he explores Matthew 15:21–28. A Canaanite woman comes to Jesus pleading for her daughter. This story reminds us that prayer isn't always peaceful and serene. Sometimes prayer is a wrestling match, and Jesus invites us to keep holding on.

In Matthew 15:21–28, a Canaanite woman comes to Jesus pleading for her daughter. At first, Jesus says nothing. Then His response seems like a rejection. But this woman refuses to let go. She holds Jesus to His own words and trusts that His mercy is greater than everything standing against her. This story reminds us that prayer isn't always peaceful and serene. Sometimes prayer is a wrestling match, and Jesus invites us to keep holding on.
