Greetings all! Welcome to Faith Fellowship Azle, a new chapter for our congregation formerly known as Azle First Assembly of God. In the Bible, a name change indicated a new direction. Today, we move forward from a denominational affiliation to a non-denominational status.

We have committed ourselves to be totally dependent on God, living in complete surrender to His plan and purpose and becoming the fellowship He desires for us, unencumbered by any denominational constraints. As Faith Fellowship, it is our desire to be a community for believers to grow and develop; a hospital for the hurting; and a refuge for the weary.

Faith Fellowship is a community of believers who believe the Bible in its entirety and desire to be a place and a people who manifest Jesus through love. We invite you to visit and join us in our journey as we seek first the kingdom of God. Come grow with us! 1020 Southeast Parkway, Azle, Tx. Sunday Worship Service at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday and catch us online throughout the week as we carry the good news of God's love and salvation to the world.

He is with us ALWAYS, amen!

Lord, remind me that I am never walking alone.

There are moments in life when the path ahead feels uncertain. I stand at crossroads, unsure which way to go, wondering how things will unfold. Fear tries to creep in, whispering that I have to figure it all out on my own.

But that has never been true.

You are with me, not just at the destination, but right here in the middle of the journey. In every step, every question, every unknown, You are present. I don’t have to have all the answers because I have You.

Trusting You means walking forward even when I can’t see the full picture. It means believing that wherever the road leads, You are already there.

And when I look back, I see it clearly, You have never left me. In every season, every turn, every moment of doubt, You stayed. You guided, protected, and carried me through.

You are still doing that now.

Lord, help me take the next step without fear. When I feel uncertain, remind me of Your presence. Let me walk in peace, knowing I am never alone.

I place my path into Your hands. In Jesus' name, Amen.

It's always better to ask for direction(s) than get lost along the way- especially in the case of Eternity... Amen!

Lord, lead the way, because I don't know which direction to go, don't trust my own sense of direction, and need You to go first while I follow.

I've tried leading myself and ended up lost, confused, going in circles, and I'm done pretending I know where I'm going without You.

Teach me what it means to follow, to let You set the pace, choose the route, make the decisions while I trust and obey instead of trying to co-lead.

Leading the way means You go first, You're out front, You're the one determining the direction, and my job is simply to follow where You lead.

Help me surrender control of the journey, to stop insisting on my preferred route, to trust that where You're leading is exactly where I need to go.

Remind me that You see what's ahead, know the best path, understand the terrain I can't see yet, and following You is always safer than leading myself.

Give me humility to let You lead, obedience to follow where You go, and trust that Your leadership will take me exactly where I need to be.

Let me walk today behind You, not ahead of You, asking Lord, lead the way, and following wherever You go.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

Amen! Thank you, Lord for the strength (and wisdom!) that can grow in us when we take the opportunity to practice the pause(s).

One of the GREATEST signs of spiritual maturity - is learning that not every emotion deserves an immediate reaction.💯

The enemy loves impulsiveness because quick anger, quick offense, pride, and emotional reactions can destroy relationships, peace, and testimony in moments…

But God often develops wisdom in the pause.⏸️

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stay quiet long enough to pray first, calm down, seek wisdom, and respond with self-control instead of emotion.

“Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.” James 1:19 📖

Patience, gentleness, and self-control are not weaknesses…they are evidence of the Holy Spirit actively working within us.🙏🤎✝️

Great message this morning as Pastor Roy discussed Psalm 91 and God's hedge of protection over our lives and our "house," which means/includes our families. Make plans now to join us next Sunday, May 24 (10:30 a.m.) as we continue to explore this timely theme. God is our refuge and fortress. Amen!
