Community Announcement:

COOLING STATIONS STARTING TOMORROW in King William County

With high temperatures impacting King William County over the next several days, the county, in conjunction with the King William County Library System and the Department of Social Services, will be opening cooling stations to help residents stay safe, cool, and connected. Whether you need to escape the heat, charge your devices, or grab a cold bottle of water, these locations are open to all community members.

— THURSDAY 7/2: Both libraries will be open from 10am-8pm.

— FRIDAY 7/3 and SATURDAY 7/4: The King William Social Services lobby will be open from 10am-2pm.

Please take this opportunity to check in on your friends, family, and neighbors as extreme heat approaches the area.
