We’re glad you found us and we hope you will feel right at home. Ayden UMC is made up of people from all walks of life who gather together to worship God, love one another, and serve our community. We seek to be the sort of church that encourages one another spiritually and engages in the work of God’s kingdom in the world. Our doors are open to all individuals, our minds are eager to learn about

new people and our hearts have enough room for everyone. We hope you will visit us on Sunday morning and we promise we’ll save you a seat. Join us during the Fall season for Sunday School every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Ayden United Methodist Church gathers for worship every Sunday at 11:00 a.m.

Join us at 11am this Sunday, May 24 for Pentecost Sunday. On Pentecost Sunday, we remember the day that God poured out the Holy Spirit on the first disciples of Jesus and we celebrate the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives today. Our sanctuary fabrics and banners are red this Sunday, and we invite those who will be attending church to wear red, orange or yellow, the colors of fire.

In the Gospel of John, Chapter 14, Jesus tells the disciples he will be leaving them, but he will provide a way for them to remain connected to him.
