Open Jacket Prison Ministry Open Jacket Prison Ministry: created and founded by Rick Lujan. With his wife, the duo preaches the Gospel and provides Bibles for inmates upon request.

Along with his wife, Sarah, the dynamic duo brings the Word of God to local inmates. They preach the Good News of Jesus Christ. The couple preach the Gospel and provide Bibles for the inmates upon request. Mass produced Bibles are more cost effective, however, Rick and Sarah believe it is important to provide the inmates' with a unique Bible as an investment for their new life in Christ.

They accept donations.
-All proceeds go towards buying Bibles for the inmates.
-Their current guidance directs them to buy from a store and submit proof of purchase to the inmates' facility. This makes it more difficult to buy at a bargain rate unless they buy in bulk. They also encourage letters of encouragement. .
