Here are some more details about our family:

Iraqi couple with 3-yr-old son --- Mohialdeen, 42 years old, owned a textile store for nine years in Iraq. He and his family fled Iraq in 2009 and have been living in Turkey. Mohialdeen and his wife Hadeel (age 26) both speak a little English. He finished secondary school, and she has somewhat less education than that. Their son Yousif is 3 years old. The family is Suni Muslim.

It looks like we will begin the process of resettling a refugee family in the next several weeks. If you know of any affordable apartments or rentals in Avon, please respond to this. Thanks so much!!!!
