Summer PSR wrapped up yesterday, but we were blessed to experience the PRESENCE of the LORD together in Eucharistic Adoration. Fr. Anthony celebrated this time with the students as they looked towards Jesus as their true guide!

Everyone has been super busy decorating and getting ready for Vacation Bible School…some may think we’ve just been playing around like our summer interns.

Last Friday was Bosco Drexel’s Beach Party, it was the perfect way to prepare our hearts for mission☀️

The evening was filled with friendship, laughter, prayer, and, of course, plenty of water. As our missionaries gathered together before a summer of service, it was a beautiful reminder that mission begins in community.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.❤️‍🔥

We celebrate today the Sacred Heart. Jesus’s abundance of love poured out burning for us. Its roots are in a series of visions from St. Margaret Mary Alocoque. Pope Francis in his document on the heart of Jesus says:

“It is essential to realize that our relationship to the Person of Jesus Christ is one of friendship and adoration, drawn by the love represented under the image of his heart.” Dilexit Nos 49

May we be continually encouraged this month to seek Jesus most Sacred Heart which burns with an abundance of love for us.❤️‍🔥
