Updates re: Wednesday nights, upcoming events

Has this week got you feeling overwhelmed? (It's only Tuesday, but we get it!) Come to prayer meeting tonight, 6 - 7 PM in the auditorium. You can bring your Bible or prayer journal or just yourself. We won't make you pray out loud. :) You don't even have to stay the whole hour, just come and go as you need to. It's a quiet, peaceful time of personal prayer with Jesus. You can stay in your seat, or kneel at the altar.
But if you need a little time alone with the Lord during this busy week? Tonight is a good time for it. 🤍

In honor of the new school year, we asked some of our staff and deacons to share about their favorite teachers. (Take a moment to tag your favorite teacher in the comments and let them know you love them!)
Teachers, you make SUCH an impact on our lives! We're praying for you and this new school year. Now more than ever, these campuses are a mission field! Jesus, protect our schools, teachers, staff, and students. Thank You for promising to be with them every moment. Give our students minds ready to learn, the courage to take risks, and remind them to honor their teachers and leaders even during disagreements. Bless them all with godly friends and influences. Bring them moments of learning and fun. May these teachers and students shine the light of Jesus in every room they enter, and provide them with opportunities to share Your love wherever and whenever possible.
