in April of 1988 with approximately nine members from a bible study in his home. The Lord spoke to Pastor Hill’s heart from II Chronicles 15:3; “for a long season my people have been without the true God and without a teaching priest and without law.” Along with his wife Alva, Pastor Hill has answered the call of God to be a teaching priest to the body of Christ at the Church of the Living Water A

ustin. Here at Church of the Living Water of Austin, our mandate from God is to be: Rivers of Living Water in a Dry Place. Forrest and Alva are sowing into the lives of people of all backgrounds and ethnicity the uncompromising Word of God. Their cutting edge messages address every area of life. Whether the message is for family issues or walking by faith, in every service the challenge is given to all members, to come out of mediocrity and to walk in the excellence that God has set before them. This will enable them to enjoy the overcoming life, which is so richly provided for all of God’s children.
