Greetings
From a very quiet building on a Friday afternoon.
I hope you had a great Christmas wether it was just you and Jesus, a few and Jesus, or many and Jesus. The secret is Jesus...not a number.
So we will worship this Sunday...it's Friday but Sundays coming.
We will light our Christ Candle...we will sing one more carol and we will worship as a church family for the last time in 2025. We wilI look at some of the others (btw we are others) affected by the Birth of Christ and we hope you can come and be with us Sunday.
Then we reposition to 2026. Christmas Decorations come down. We will each bring in a New Year.
It may start good, maybe bleh, maybe down right bad. No matter it's on the way and will start next Thursday. Let's start not with resolutions but resolute in our faith and ministry individually and together as the body of Christ at OCBC.
Who knows what Jesus has planned for us in 2026 but I for one am planning on finding and following out with whatever it is. It makes me a little giddy just pondering and praying about it.
