Patients shown a 1-hour humor video found increases in natural killer cell activity, IgG, IgM, and other leukocytes.17 Other studies (n = 33 and 21) have corroborated some of these findings, determining that natural killer cell activity was higher in the group watching the comedic video compared to the control."
