✝ Thomas, called Didymus, one of the Twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. So the other disciples said to him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them, “Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands and put my finger into the nailmarks and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

Now a week later his disciples were again inside and Thomas was with them. Jesus came, although the doors were locked, and stood in their midst and said, “Peace be with you.” Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here and see my hands, and bring your hand and put it into my side, and do not be unbelieving, but believe.” Thomas answered and said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Have you come to believe because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.” (John 20:24-29)

You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls,
and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world.
O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy,
envelop the whole world and empty yourself out upon us.
(Diary of St. Faustina Kowalska, 1319)

✝️ Happy Resurrection Sunday! Alleluia, Alleluia, He is Risen! ✝️

Today we rejoice because Christ is alive! Let us go forth and be light in the world, living in a way that reflects that we serve a living God.

We hope this Lenten season has drawn you closer to the Lord and prepared your heart for this joyful day.

We also want to congratulate all those who entered the Catholic Church this Easter, especially those welcomed here in our parish, we are so blessed to celebrate with you!

Let us continue to pray for our newly baptized brothers and sisters, that they may grow in faith and remain close to Christ. And for all of us who renewed our baptismal vows, may this Easter season renew our hearts and strengthen our walk with the Lord.

Alleluia! He is Risen!

✝️ ¡Feliz Domingo de Resurrección! ¡Aleluya, Aleluya, Cristo ha resucitado! ✝️

¡Aleluya! ¡Cristo ha resucitado!

"In 1969, the British rock group, The Hollies, produced a hit song, “He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother.” That expression has become part of our cultural lexicon communicating an important message — sometimes we have to physically carry our brothers and sisters in need and doing so does not have to be a burden. Instead, it is a reflection of Christ’s love for us when we carry one another during times of vulnerability, pain or need." - Louis A. Gamino, Columnist

"Simon’s example is one of the great lessons of Lent — be willing to abandon a self-first approach to life and love each other, even strangers, as Christ intended."
