🌱 Introducing Flourish: A Journal of Progressive Ministry 🌱

We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of Flourish — a new print + digital journal created to inspire, challenge, and equip progressive Christian leaders who are doing the beautifully hard work of ministry with children, youth, and young adults.

Flourish brings together theologians, practitioners, researchers, and artists to explore ministry that is inclusive, justice-seeking, theologically rich, and deeply grounded in the lived experiences of ministry with young people.

Our first PRINT edition released at the PYM Conference! And today, we’re launching the first of our four digital mini-issues! For now, Flourish will appear in print once annually, and we’ll release quarterly digital issues to keep resourcing you with new ideas, stories, research, and practices.

We’re thrilled to welcome Marte Aboagye of Springtide Research Institute!

As the Head of Engagement at Springtide Research Institute, Marte is passionate about connecting leaders and organizations with the voices of emerging generations. She leads initiatives like the Springtide Ambassadors Program and the 13 to 25 podcast, where she explores how young people grow into identity, spirituality, and wellbeing.

At PYM 2025, Marte will lead a powerful Gathering session: “Thirteen: A First Look at Gen Alpha.” With her rich background in communication, theology, and international affairs, and her deep commitment to youth empowerment, Marte brings a timely and insightful perspective on the next generation.

We can’t wait to learn from her and explore what Gen Alpha is teaching us about the future of faith, identity, and belonging.

We're excited to hear from Stephen Ingram's "Deconstructing a More Beautiful Faith: Dismantling as Intentional Faith Formation".
