God’s law was never meant to just live on a page, it was meant to transform the heart. Deep down, there’s something in us that recognizes right from wrong, truth from lies, and love from selfishness. Scripture says God has written His law on our hearts, reminding us that we were created for more than just following rules, we were created to know Him. Conviction isn’t God trying to shame you; it’s often His love calling you back to the life He designed for you.

This Sunday at Calvary ATX, we continue our study through 2 Corinthians with a message titled “Forgiven and Restored” from 2 Corinthians 2:5–11.

What happens after repentance?

Many people understand correction. Many people understand consequences. But what does biblical restoration look like when someone genuinely turns back to God?

In this passage, Paul reminds us that sin affects more than just the individual—it impacts families, friendships, and the church. Yet he also shows us that God’s goal is not permanent shame, but restoration. The same grace that forgives us is the grace that teaches us to forgive others.

Join us as we discover:

• Why sin never stays isolated

• Why biblical discipline should lead to restoration

• How forgiveness protects the church from division and bitterness

• What it means to reflect the grace that Christ has shown us

Whether you are seeking God, carrying guilt from the past, struggling to forgive someone, or simply wanting to grow in your walk with Christ, this message offers hope and practical encouragement from God’s Word.

Our God is a God who forgives.

Our God is a God who restores.

What would change in your life if you truly lived like this wasn’t the end?

When you know Jesus defeated death, fear loses its grip. You stop living only for temporary things and start living with eternity in mind. Your faith becomes bolder, your love becomes deeper, and your hope becomes stronger.

Because when your future is secure in Christ, it changes how you live today. 🙌
