Get Ready for VBS 2026! Our annual Vacation Bible School is just around the corner, and our VBS Team is incredibly excited for what God has in store for us this year. Vacation Bible School will take place Monday, June 15th – Thursday, June 18th at 6:00 PM nightly. Our Theme is "RainForest Falls" (with a fun spin-off theme: "Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls")

We've got something for everyone because VBS 2026 is designed for all ages, and we have incredible classes lined up for the entire family.

We invite everyone to join us for our Church School Annual on Sunday, June 14th at 11:00 a.m. We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Richard Jewell Rose from the Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, will be our guest proclaimer for the hour. The Mount Sinai Junior Mission and The Texas Association of Black Personnel in Higher Education (TABPHE) are excited to invite you to participate in an upcoming college fair on Saturday, June 6th, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Mt. Sinai gym.



This event is a part of TABPHE's (TAB-FEE) Hope 4 Life initiative which focuses on engaging individuals in trusted community spaces to offer tangible pathways to a better future through education and workforce development.



Additionally, the Ministry of Restoration is requesting event attendees bring children and adult books that emphasize positive themes and contain no explicit content. The collected children's books will be utilized for a summer reading program, and books for adults will be donated to Inside Books Project, a non-profit organization that sends free reading materials to people incarcerated in Texas. Attendees who donate a book will be entered into a raffle.
