Celebration of Life for Mayor Terry Howard 🕊️
The family invites the community to join us as we honor and celebrate the life and service of Mayor Terry Howard.

⏰ 10:30 a.m.
📍 Elbert County Fairgrounds – AG Building
A reception will immediately follow at the Elbert County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall.
The service will include full ceremonial honors rendered by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard in recognition of Mayor Howard’s dedicated service.
All community members are welcome to attend as we come together in remembrance and gratitude.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mayor Terry Howard’s name may be made to ECCO, the Elbert County Coalition for Outreach (501(c)(3)), in Kiowa. All proceeds will be provided to her family for support. For questions, please contact Erica Johnson, Director, at 303-243-1551

It is with great sadness that the motorcycle community has lost an advocate and friend. Terry Howard passed away on January 12. May she ride with angels and soar above the clouds. She will be missed dearly.

First, I hope you all had a blessed Christmas and are ready for the Last Brass Monkey Run. I look forward to seeing you.
Second, District 17 had a night of good food and great friends for our December district meeting.
Third, in November ABATE hosted a membership appreciation dinner & dancing event. We all had a fun night and it was great to see members and friends from all districts. Thanks for your support.

Meeting of the Minds was in Shreveport, Louisiana this year and 17
ABATE members from Districts 1, 13, 17 & 25 attended. The Breakout Sessions were very informative and interesting. Larry accepted an award for MRF Membership Support and Stump received an award for all the work he has done during the MOST Sun Set Review. Great riding and new friend ships made.
