Today was “Back-to-Church” Sunday; an admonition to prioritize church attendance in our crazy busy schedules. Summer is over, school has started and it’s time for routines. God deserves first place in our lives and Sunday Worship, with other believers, is crucial to our spiritual maturity. Of course, we invited, we advertised, and we prayed for a full house. We hoped for more chairs to be filled today. Yet God knows all about it and we can still praise Him for the faithfulness of those that chose to honor God by their attendance. We did something fun at the end of the service. We gifted everyone with a treat bag and also gave out prizes to those that entered their names. Our prayer is that our motives are always centered around pointing people to Jesus! May He be glorified!
