Touching Africa had the joy of playing in a golf tournament that supported a wonderful ministry — Shepherd’s Heart. Their mission is to provide healing and restoration to pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders who are in crisis, and to equip leaders with prevention skills that help them avoid situations that could lead to burnout or breakdown. Touching Africa was honored to stand alongside and support such an important, life‑giving ministry.

There's something powerful about watching God weave lives together across continents. Pastor Michael Elliott had the privilege of teaching at the KPPM Conference in Kenya, and the team there put together a beautiful promo video to introduce him and Touching Africa Ministries.

What moved us most wasn’t the spotlight — it was the reminder that when God opens a door, He also prepares hearts on both sides of it. This video reflects the honor of being welcomed into a nation that carries deep faith, resilience, and hunger for truth.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to serve, to learn, and to stand alongside our brothers and sisters in Kenya. May this glimpse of the conference encourage you the way it encouraged us.

🌍 One of the most precious parts of our ministry is the Kid's Educational Program in Addis— and it’s only possible because of faithful partners like you,,, it really is!

Today we received a sweet video from Lily Engida, TAM’s Director of Children and Youth Ministries in Ethiopia. Lily travels with our teams as an interpreter and a leader for all children and youth programs, and she sent this so we could see the kids whose lives are being shaped through your partnership.

Pastor Michael arrives back in Denver tomorrow!
Thank you to everyone who covered his trip in prayer. Your support means more than you know. God moved in powerful ways throughout his time in Africa, and I know he has so much to share about what the Lord did — the doors that opened, the leaders who were equipped, and the lives that were touched.
